Privacy policy

Placeholder. The final privacy policy for H.K. Orasi Multimedia Ltd (Cyprus) is needed before launch. Freemius, as merchant of record, also has its own checkout terms.

Free download form (draft wording)

When you request the free plugin on our download page, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name.

  • Download emails (required): we use your email to send one confirmation email and one email with the download link. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the required checkbox. We record when you gave it.
  • News (optional): only if you tick Also send me occasional Kinetic Modules news and updates do we add you to our newsletter list and record when you agreed. The box is unticked by default and the download works without it. Every news email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Where it is stored: in the Mailster plugin on this website. We do not sell or share your address.
  • Your rights: you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@kinetic-modules.com.

Website statistics

We count visits with Koko Analytics, which runs on our own server: it uses no cookies or local storage, shares nothing with third parties and keeps only anonymous, aggregated counts of pages viewed and referring websites (to tell unique visits apart it uses a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that is discarded every day).

Video on our homepage

The tour video on our homepage is a click-to-load YouTube embed that uses youtube-nocookie.com. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.
